Prospective managers should be licensed CPAs, possess a minimum of five years' recent public accounting experience and be interested in working in a team-based atmosphere to deliver outstanding personal service to clients.
Senior Accountants plan and supervise engagements and are responsible for maintaining outstanding client relationships. Candidates should possess 2+ years public accounting experience and be interested in developing clients and eagerness to progress in the firm. Experience with closely-held businesses and public sector organizations a plus.
Staff Accountants gain experience in a wide variety of industries. Responsibilities include maintaining outstanding client relationships and performing tax, accounting and auditing support for engagement teams. Candidates must possess a degree in accounting or related field and be committed to Putting Clients First.
