The team at Testone, Marshall & Discenza is pleased to announce that our firm has again successfully completed a rigorous peer review of our accounting and auditing practice.
The review, which was completed in November 2008, indicates that TMD is in compliance with the quality control standards established by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the national professional organization of Certified Public Accountants.
The AICPA's practice monitoring program, long considered the hallmark of quality, requires an independent review of Private Company Practice Section member's attest practice every three years. The process evaluates quality control practices and procedures and compliance therewith.
TMD is a member of the AICPA, AICPA Government Audit Quality Center, AICPA Private Companies Practice Section, AICPA Employee Benefit Plan Audit Quality Center and New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants.
