TMD has been ranked 27th in the nation among the 2009 Best Accounting Firms to Work For in the mid-sized firm category. The annual list was created by Accounting Today and Best Companies Group. The award program was designed to identify, recognize and honor the best places of employment in the accounting industry, benefiting the nation's economy, its workforce and businesses. Last year, TMD added nine new positions to its staff of 60, had a turnover rate of just three percent, and provided an average of 40 hours of training to each employee.
