Christopher P. Anderson, Partner, Testone, Marshall & Discenza, CPAs (TMD) has been named Chairman of the CPAmerica International Tax Executive Committee. The committee’s primary purpose is to oversee the tax function of CPAmerica's service to its 80 member firms as well as to plan and implement the annual tax conference that will be held in San Francisco in November, 2009.
A graduate of St. Bonaventure University with a B.B.A. in Accounting, Anderson joined TMD in 1989 and is the Partner in Charge of TMD’s tax department. His experience covers a wide range of special tax services including mergers and acquisitions, business valuations, consolidated tax return planning, and estate planning.
