Diane Schmidt, CPA, is a manager in the tax department, and holds a degree in accounting information systems from Pace University. Her areas of expertise include S Corporations, composite multi-state tax issues and returns, and Controlled Foreign Corporations as well as planning for corporate and individual clients. Ms. Schmidt has served as treasurer of the region's Alzheimer's Association. She is a member of New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants and American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
