Jaimee L. Ashe, CPA
A licensed CPA with eight years of experience, Jaimee has been with TMD since she graduated from LeMoyne College in 1999. She is a member of the NYSSCPA and AICPA. She volunteers her time as co-chair of the finance committee, Girl Scout Council of CNY, Inc. and is a recipient of its Thanks Badge.

Patricia J. Cafarchio, CPA
Patricia joined TMD in 1999 and is a manager in the audit department. A licensed CPA, she is a member of NYSSCPA, AICPA and the North Carolina Association of Certified Public Accountants. A graduate of Salem College, she volunteers her time with the Charity for Children events committee and is treasurer of North Syracuse Babe Ruth, Inc. She has 18 years of accounting experience.

Gregg H. Evans, CPA, CFE
A licensed CPA and Certified Fraud Examiner, Gregg has 12 years of accounting experience. He is a manager in the audit department and is a member of the NYSSCPA, AICPA and Association of Certified Fraud Examiners. He has been with TMD for eight years and is a graduate of LeMoyne College.

Diana L. Kanfer, CPA, CFE
A licensed CPA and Certified Fraud Examiner, Diana has 18 years of accounting experience and is an audit manager. She is a member of the AICPA, NYSSCPA, and the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners and volunteers her time with the Greater Syracuse Business Development Corporation Loan Committee. She has been with TMD for 10 years.

Todd Klaben, CPA
Todd joined TMD in 2006 and is a manager in the audit department. A graduate of SUNY-Oswego with a bachelor’s in accounting, he has seven years of accounting experience. He is a member of the NYSSCPA and AICPA and volunteers his time as a committee member of the NYSSCPA Syracuse Chapter of Young CPAs.

Marty Knapp
A graduate of Kennesaw State University, Marty has been with TMD for five years. He is a tax manager with 10 years of accounting experience. Marty is involved in the firm’s individual tax practice. He also specializes in estate and gift tax issues as well as working with closely held businesses.

Kari C. Louis, CPA, CFE
A member of the TMD team since 2005, Kari is a licensed CPA and a Certified Fraud Examiner with 10 years of accounting experience. A graduate of Jefferson Community College and Oswego Sate University, she is a manager in the audit department. She is a member of the NYSSCPA and AICPA and volunteers her time with AIDS Community Resources, the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation and as treasurer of the Butterfly Shores Homeowners’ Association.

Christine Lusnar, CPA
Christine is a manager in the tax department. She has over 16 years of public and private accounting experience. She is a licensed CPA and a member of the NYSSCPA and AICPA. She volunteers her time with St. Rose of Lima School and Bishop Ludden Junior/Senior High School and is also a Girl Scout leader.

Mary Polimino, CPA
Mary joined TMD in 1991 and is a manager in the accounting and audit department. She has 21 years experience and is a member of the AICPA and NYSSCPA. She is a licensed CPA and graduate of Syracuse University.

Wendy Riccelli, CPA
A licensed CPA, Wendy has 14 years of accounting and tax experience and is a manager in the tax department. She is a member of the NYSSCPA and AICPA and volunteers her time with the Rescue Mission. She is a graduate of LeMoyne College.

Diane Schmidt, CPA
A NYS-licensed CPA with more than 20 years of professional accounting experience, Diane is a manager in the tax department. She is a graduate of Pace University with a bachelor’s degree in accounting information systems.

Jeffrey Trubia, CPA
An audit department manager, Jeff joined TMD in 1999 and has 11 years of accounting experience. He is a licensed CPA and a member of the NYSSCPA and AICPA. A graduate of LeMoyne College, Jeff is active as treasurer of the Subcontractors Association of CNY.

Matthew L. Uryniak, CPA
A licensed CPA and manager in the audit department, Matt is a graduate of SUNY Institute of Technology at Utica/Rome and Utica College of Syracuse University. He is a member of NYSSCPA and AICPA and volunteers his time with the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation and with the Future Fund of the CNY Community Foundation, where he is a charter member. He has been with TMD since 2003 and has six years of accounting experience.

Senior and Staff Accountants

Heather Barbagallo
A senior accountant in the audit department, Heather has been with TMD since 2002. She is a licensed Notary Public and a member of the NYSSCPA. She is a volunteer troop leader for the Girl Scouts - Foothill Council and former secretary of the Chittenango Child Care Center. She is a graduate of LeMoyne College.

Michael Bersani
Michael is a graduate of Drexel University. He joined TMD in 2006 as a staff accountant in the audit department.

Tania T. Budge, CPA
Tania joined TMD in 1999 and is a senior accountant in the audit department. She is a graduate of LeMoyne College.

Edwin Conroy
A recent graduate of LeMoyne College with a bachelor’s in accounting, Ed interned at TMD from January 2006 through May 2007 before joining the firm full-time as a staff accountant in the audit department.

Tracey Doane
Tracey joined TMD in 2005 as a staff accountant in the tax department. She is a graduate of SUNY Institute of Technology at Utica/Rome.

Michelle D’Imperio, CPA
Michelle, a senior accountant in the audit department, is a licensed CPA with nine years of accounting experience. She joined TMD in 2004 and is a member of the NYSSCPA and AICPA. She is a graduate of Alfred University.

Brian Fancher, CPA
Brian joined TMD in 2006 as a staff accountant in the audit department. He is a graduate of Marywood University.

Shayann Ferris, CPA
Shayann is a senior accountant in the tax department. A graduate of Virginia Tech with a bachelor’s in psychology, she also holds a post baccalaureate certificate in accounting from Virginia Commonwealth University. Ferris has more than six years of professional accounting experience and volunteers her time with Junior Achievement, Special Olympics, Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation and March of Dimes.

Michele M. Flavin, CPA
A senior accountant in the audit department, Michele joined TMD in 2006 and has 10 years of accounting experience. She is a licensed CPA and a graduate of SUNY Geneseo.

Amanda L. Foster
Amanda joined TMD in 2004 and is a staff accountant in the audit department. She is a member of the NYSSCPA and volunteers her time as a member of the AIDS Community Resources special events committee, Career Opportunities in the Accounting Profession and Syracuse Chapter of the Young CPAs. She is a graduate of LeMoyne College.

A staff accountant in the audit department, Michael joined TMD in 2006. He is a graduate of LeMoyne College.

Eileen E. Hoch
Eileen joined TMD in 2006 as a staff accountant in the audit department. She is a graduate of Clarkson University.

Lisa Koziol, CPA
A senior tax accountant, Lisa has nearly 20 years of accounting experience. She is a licensed CPA and a member of the NYSSCPA and AICPA. She is a graduate of LeMoyne College and volunteers her time with the Ronald McDonald House “Touch of Home” program.

Rachelle Luckette
Rachelle is a paraprofessional with our Tax Department. She is a Quickbook 2007 certified advisor and a certified paralegal. A graduate of SUNY Regents College of Albany, she has more than 10 years of accounting experience. Rachelle volunteers her time as a board member for Charity for Children and Friends of Dewitt Community Library.

Keeley Ann Miles
Keeley worked as an intern with TMD for two years before joining the staff in 2005 as a staff accountant. She is a member of the NYSSCPA and a graduate of LeMoyne College.

Tim Pethybridge
Tim is a staff accountant in the tax department. A graduate of SUNY-Oswego, he is a member of the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants and has several years of professional accounting experience.

Jacqueline Reymond
A senior accountant in the audit department, Jackie has seven years of accounting experience. She is a graduate of Bryant College. She joined TMD in 2005.

Christina E. Rothman, CPA
A licensed CPA, Christina is a senior accountant in the audit department. She joined TMD in 2004 and has six years of accounting experience. She is a member of NYSSCPA and AICPA. She is a volunteer leader with Young Life and TMD’s team captain for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation’s annual fundraising walk. She is a graduate of Case Western Reserve University.

Andrew Vitello
Andrew joined TMD in 2001 and has seven years of accounting experience. He is a graduate of SUNY Geneseo.
