John D. Marshall, CPA, has been a partner with the firm since inception. His expertise includes business and individual taxation, acquisitions and mergers and financial and estate planning. He works predominantly with health care groups, construction, manufacturing, and professional service organizations.

Mr. Marshall is a member of New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NYSSCPA), American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), and the Estate Planning Council of Central New York. He is past chairman and member of the Christian Brothers Academy Board of Trustees and was presented the school's Purple and Gold alumni award for continued dedication and commitment. He is also a member of Sentry Life Insurance of New York Board of Directors and LaFesta Italiana, Syracuse Committee.

He is a graduate of LeMoyne College with a B.S. in Accounting.
