Frank P. Discenza, CPA, CCIFP, is the firm's Managing Partner. As a Certified Construction Industry Financial Professional (CCIFP), a significant portion of his practice concentrates in the areas of construction and real estate (development, operations and management) as well as the transportation industry. His expertise includes advising clients in the areas of business acquisitions and mergers, financing of business start-ups and expansion, and other management and advisory services.

Mr. Discenza is a member of New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NYSSCPA), American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Estate Planning Council of Central New York, Associated Builders & Contractors and Manufacturer's Association of Central New York. He is licensed as an insurance agent for life, accident and health insurance and holds Series 6 and 63 securities certification in New York State. He is past treasurer of the board of Directors of the Greater Syracuse Chamber of Commerce, past chair of the Make-A-Wish Foundation and a current member of their finance committee. Mr. Discenza serves on the audit committee for the Syracuse Diocese.

He is a graduate of LeMoyne College with a B.S. in Accounting.
