John M. Fontanella, CPA, CCIFP has been a member of the firm for nearly 25 years. As technical advisor he handles financial negotiations and acts as liaison for banks and other lenders. In addition to income tax and sales tax, he is an expert in financial statements. Mr. Fontanella's experience represents a highly diverse range of planning and consulting services, with a specialty in forecasts and projections for private businesses.

He is a Certified Construction Industry Financial Professional (CCIFP), a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), Contractors Financial Managers Association (CFMA), New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NYSSCPA), and Associated Building Contractors. He serves on the board of directors for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.

Mr. Fontanella is a graduate of LeMoyne College with a B.S. in accounting.
